We are renting three rooms in our new house’s basement. The basement is fully furnished with newly built bathroom, separate cooking system fixed with ventilated exhaust fan, equipped with new refrigerator, washer, dryer, separate freezer, cupboards, one extra big cupboard for extra storage, shoes cupboard, two extra cupboards. The rooms are properly lightened and have windows too. We have single garage with front driveway extra space.
