There are only two rooms in the house basement, one room is already rented to a nice and quiet male East Indian student and one is available for a male/female student. The kitchen and the washroom are shared with the other tenant. My family and I live on the main floor. The house is located on a quiet street on St. Mary’s Road near Bishop Grandin crossing. The basement has a separate entrance. The house is less than 60 Seconds walk to the bus stop on St. Mary’s road for bus No. 76, 54, and 14 which can get you anywhere in the city including UoM, UofW, and Red River College. The house is a less than 5 minutes bus ride to St. Vital Center. Parking is street, I do have private parking on the back lane (with plug) for an additional $100/month and some other restrictions. Lease is yearly with $250.0 security deposit.

ZERO tolerance, 100% STRICTLY NO smoking, vaping, using drugs of any kind or form (legal or illegal), and no partying and no pets. Monthly rent is $500, and if you are a student, you will get a $50 welcome bonus on the first month’s rent.

The rent includes water, hydro, high-speed wireless internet. The room includes the following:
