We are trying to sublet our 3 bedroom house. It is pet friendly. Rent is $1550 a month plus all utilities. Utililities for us, water averaged $130 for 3 months. Hydro averages $170 a month for us. Gas heat, so very cheap. Has central air in the summer and it only reached $170 a month as well. Huge living room, also features a gas fire place, and huge beautiful windows that let's in tons of natural light.
The kitchen features a brand new dishwasher, tons of counter and cupboard space. As well as a dining area attached which fits a fair size table with tons of room to spare. Down the hall you have a full bathroom, a closet for your towels, as well as the 3 bedrooms. They all fit a queen size bed comfortably. The basement which is fully finished features a closet along side the stairs, 2 sets of mirrors on the far wall. Plus a wet bar, with a sink behind it, as well as built in shelves and a wine rack. The basement is carpeted, has a half bath, plus a huge room for storage, and full size washer and dryer.
Full fenced in back yard. Owner is fine with a pool or even a hot tub in the summer. Driveway allows for 2 vehicles. Never had any issues with the owner. He is a private owner and is incredibly flexible when it comes to complicated situations.
The house is close to schools, as well as a gym centre for kids. Also only a 5 minute drive from southdale centre. And a 15 minute drive to St. Vital centre. We are needing to be out by February 15th. So please feel free to come and view the place and we will answer any questions needed (:
